Please read the following terms carefully before using Palmond AI. By signing up, you accept these terms.

1. The nature of AI

Palmond AI is a friendly, AI-powered conversation platform. The virtual characters (such as Panah, Parsa and others) are not real people. Nothing this AI says should ever replace professional medical, psychological, legal advice, or major life decisions.

2. Parental supervision

Because children and teenagers may use Palmond AI, a "Parental Controls" system is provided to control content. Parents are responsible for opening Parental Controls from the home screen and enabling restrictions for sensitive categories (including sexual content, beliefs, violence, inappropriate language and more) that suit their child's age. If these filters are not set, the child's legal guardian is responsible for exposure to AI-generated content.

3. Disclaimer

Because of its generative nature, the AI may sometimes give inaccurate or unpredictable answers. The Palmond AI development team accepts no responsibility for users' behavior, personal decisions or emotional reactions resulting from interacting with this system. Use of the app is voluntary and at the user's own responsibility.
